1. Featured Products in POS Screen:

Enhancing Efficiency with Featured Products:

• Featured products in the POS screen provide quick access to frequently sold items.
• To add featured products:
  • Navigate to Settings -> Business Locations.
  • Add/Edit any business location and select multiple products to feature in the POS for that location.

2. Selling Services:

Unleashing the Power of Service Sales:

• Services, being intangible products, find seamless integration into your sales process.
• To add a service:
  • Go to Add New Products.
  • Add the service name (e.g., Computer Repair, Consulting) and uncheck the “Manage Stock?” option.
  • Optionally, enable product descriptions for detailed service information.
  • Create invoices for services in the Add Sales or POS screen, including service descriptions if enabled.

3. Sales Return:

Effortless Handling of Returns:

• Edit existing invoices to handle sales returns by removing or reducing product quantities.
• The system automatically adds the returned quantity back to the stock, simplifying the process.

4. Cash Register:

Transparent Cash Management:

• The Cash Register feature provides an overview of a user/cashier session.
• Open the Cash Register by entering “Cash In hand” and selecting the location.
• View register details, including cash in hand, other payment methods, and refunds, by clicking on “Register details” in the POS screen.
• Close a cash register by clicking the red “Close Register” button and entering relevant details.
• Access all cash register details in Reports -> Register Report.

5. Sales Subscriptions:

Automate Subscriptions for Seamless Sales:

• Enable subscriptions in Business Settings -> Modules.
• Add subscriptions from both POS and normal sales screens by checking the “Subscribe?” checkbox.
• Specify subscription frequency and limit (if any) during subscription setup.
• Manage subscriptions in Sell -> Subscriptions screen, where you can start/stop subscriptions.
• Receive notifications when a subscription invoice is auto-generated.
