Q: How can I customize and apply different invoice formats using VirtualRX‘s Invoice Layout feature?
A: Follow these steps to create and apply unique invoice layouts:

Creating a New Invoice Layout:
- Navigate to Settings -> Invoice Settings -> Invoice Layout -> Add.
- Provide a unique and easily distinguishable layout name.

Customizing Layout Details:
- Add text to be displayed at the top/header of the invoice. This can include your shop name, aligned center with Heading 1 format.
- Include other relevant details according to your preferences.

Show/Hide Address Fields:
- Choose to show or hide address fields based on your layout requirements.

Setting a Default Layout:
- Optionally mark a layout as default. The default layout is applied when no specific layout is assigned for a location.

Saving Your Layout:
- Click on “Save” to preserve your newly created invoice layout.

Assigning Layout to a Location:
- To use the created layout in a specific location, go to Business Locations -> Edit.
- Assign the desired invoice layout to the location.
