Importing products on the POS software

Efficiently managing a diverse product catalog is a common challenge for retailers. Whether it’s a new product launch, seasonal updates, or simply restocking existing items, the ability to import products in bulk can significantly streamline operations. This feature is especially beneficial for large retailers with extensive inventories, helping them avoid the time-consuming task of manually entering each product.

Steps to Import Products:

• Go to Products -> Import Products.
• Download the template file.
• Complete all the required details according to the column names and provided instructions. Don’t remove the heading from a template file.
• Import the file
• Common Errors:
• Error: UNIT not found
• Solution: Ensure the unit you provided in the Excel file is already in the system. Navigate to the Products section, then access Units. Add the unit and re-import the file.
