Simplifying Tax Management with VirtualRX’s Tax Settings.

VirtualRX places control over your tax management at your fingertips with its intuitive Tax Settings module. Whether you’re dealing with individual tax rates, creating tax groups, or disabling taxes when necessary, VirtualRX ensures a hassle-free experience. Let’s delve into the essential features:

1. Tax Rates:

Adding New Tax Rates:

• Access Settings -> Tax Rates -> Add to seamlessly add a new tax rate.
• Provide a descriptive name, such as “VAT@16%,” and specify the tax rate percentage.

2. Tax Groups:

Creating Tax Groups:

• For scenarios requiring multiple taxes on an invoice or purchase, navigate to Settings -> Tax Groups -> Add.
• Give your tax group a meaningful name and select the individual taxes to include.
• The tax group’s rate is the sum of the rates of its sub-taxes.
• Any edits to sub-tax rates automatically update the corresponding tax group.

Note: Deleting a tax used in a tax group is restricted.

3. Disabling Tax:

Turning Off Tax Settings:

• If tax rates are not needed, follow these steps:
  • Navigate to Settings -> Business Settings.
  • Uncheck “Enable inline tax in purchase and sell.”
  • Uncheck “Enable Price & Tax info.”
  • Select “Default Sale Tax” as None.
